Making Appointments at the Surgery
The Practice operates a full appointment system to see our Doctors and Nurses. Patients requiring an appointment should ring the main surgery number (0121 556 4615).
Urgent Cases are seen on the day.
If your condition is non urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP. If you don not need an appointment within two working days, you also have the option to book up to 4 weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you.
Tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination or a private room to discuss any matters. Remember that the results of tests can only be given by a clinical team member and only to the patient.
If you need advice please telephone the surgery . A note will be made of your call and one of the nurses or doctors will ring you back, normally at the end of their surgeries.
Practices are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments between 6.30pm – 8pm during the week and also over the weekend, If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please call and speak to the receptionist at your registered practice during normal opening hours.
Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice.
