Blood Tests at the Surgery

Please be aware that if you have been asked to have blood tests, these can only be carried out at the surgery if you are aged 75 or over, or if agreed to prior, due to exceptional circumstances.

Patients that have been asked to have blood tests will need to call 0121 507 6104 or e-mail sandwell.phlebotomy@nhs.net to arrange an appointment.
