At Jubilee Health Centre in Wednesbury the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Care Quality Commission visited the practice on 15/04/19 where upon inspection the practices overall ratings was good.
Please be aware that we are due a telephone upgrade on Thursday 11th March 2021, following a change in phones on Monday 09th March 2021, we are experiencing some technical problems and we have an engineer on site today and hopefully we will have this issue resolved. We will have an update out later today.
If you are calling about the NHS covid 19 vaccine, please note that we are not giving the vaccine at our practice. When it is the right time for you to receive your vaccination, you will receive an invitation from the practice to book for this. Information on the vaccine is available on the NHS.uk website. Please do not stay on the line if your query is regarding the vaccine.
