   Parking is limited at Jubilee Health Centre. However, we have short stay 2hr road parking close to the practice. Also, under patients' discretion they can park on Morrisons car park. Jubilee Health Centre has wheelchair access to practice.
    

If patients have a concern or complaint this needs to be put into writing and addressed to the practice manager which can be sent via post, email (bcicb.jubileehealthcentrereception@nhs.net) or handed into the surgery personally.
